Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions of our veils are correct. Any error or omission on our website or in any document issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part. We reserve the right to change prices on our website if necessary and without prior notice.
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received Simple Veils will email your order confirmation. If there are any problems with your order, such as insufficient stocks with our suppliers, we will advise you as soon as possible.
Methods of Payment
Simple Veils accepts payments by credit card, debit card or BACS. If you wish to pay by BACS please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order and obtain our bank details. Production and delivery of your veil cannot commence until full payment has been received.
We welcome orders worldwide however charge an additional fee to incorporate delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com to place an international order. Goods delivered abroad may be subject to the customs and excise duty applicable in that region.
Returns & Refunds
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2014, personalised products which are made to the customer’s specific requests are non returnable or refundable. This includes our custom made veils and accessories ordered via our website, purchased at wedding fairs, or by tailor made design consultations over email or telephone.
To ensure you are confident in your purchase before you place your order we are very happy to supply a sample free of charge.
If your veil is faulty or not what you ordered you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
